FAQ
What access do you need to clean my site?
WordPress admin plus cPanel, FTP or SSH so I can inspect files and the database directly. Please create temporary accounts for me and remove them once the job is done. I never ask for access outside Fiverr.
Can you guarantee Google will remove the warning?
I clean the site properly and submit the review request, which is what Google requires. The decision and its timing are Google's, usually a few days. I cannot promise their verdict, only that the site will be genuinely clean.
What if the site gets reinfected afterwards?
Reinfection almost always means a missed entry point, so I close the hole rather than just delete files. If the same infection returns within the order window, message me and I will fix it at no extra cost.
