What licenses do I need for Intune?
Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3, E5, and EMS. It can also be purchased standalone. I'll verify before starting.
Can I manage personal devices (BYOD)?
Yes - using MAM (Mobile Application Management) policies for Android, IOS. I can protect company data without controlling the entire personal device & for Windows I can protect company data and control the device if needed.
Will users notice anything during enrollment?
For company devices, enrollment is mostly automated. For BYOD, users follow a simple guided enrollment process. I provide step-by-step instructions for end users.
Can you set up Autopilot?
Yes - Autopilot is included in Premium. I'll work with you to register devices and configure deployment profiles.
What happens if a device gets lost or stolen?
With my setup, you can remote-wipe corporate data instantly from the Intune admin center.
Do you handle ongoing management after deployment?
This gig is for setup. For ongoing management, I offer monthly retainer arrangements - message me for details.
How long does deployment take?
Basic enrollment: 2 days. Full deployment with policies and apps: 5-7 days, depending on device count.
