How fast can you fix my issue?
Most common issues are resolved within the session itself. I respond to messages within an hour and can usually start within a few hours of order placement.
What if you can't fix the issue?
I'll be upfront in the initial chat. If something requires Microsoft support escalation or a license change, I'll tell you before you order. No order = no charge.
Do you need my password?
No. I work via remote control or admin access. You stay in control of your account at all times.
Is one session enough?
For 90% of issues yes. For complex multi-step problems, you can extend with the Standard or Premium package, or stack multiple sessions.
Can you fix issues for my whole team?
This gig is for one issue at a time. For ongoing team support, I offer monthly retainer arrangements message me.
