Know who has your tools, laptops or radios, what is overdue, and the condition when items return.
For offices, workshops and site teams, I configure my existing web equipment system on a hosting account you own.
Your setup includes:
- Sites, users, equipment types and data configured
- Issue to named people, expected return dates and return condition
- Overdue, damage/repair and calibration due-date tracking
- Company admin, own-site operator and read-only viewer roles
- Arabic RTL and English; some labels remain in English
- Acceptance checks, a guide and 14-day defect support
The $100 Pilot is a working private instance, not a temporary demo. It stays running after the evaluation; support then ends. The displayed 1 hour is Fiverr-fixed; the full listed setup is included.
Each client has a separate app and database. You own your data and hosting; I configure through a team invite. Render Pro costs about $32.25/month, billed separately. This is existing software, not custom development.
No mobile app, e-mail/SMS alerts, ERP integration or new features.

FAQ
Is this custom software?
No. I configure my existing, field-used equipment system for your company. You get a non-exclusive right to use your instance. The platform remains mine; source code is not sold. Future code updates are deployed by me.
Where is it hosted and who pays?
On your own Render Pro account; invite me as Developer, keeping Admin access. About $32.25/month ($25 workspace + $7 server + $0.25 disk), paid to Render separately. Checked 9 Oct 2026. I never request passwords.
Is there a cheaper hosting option?
About $7.25/month on Render’s free workspace with a paid server and disk. You deploy and configure it yourself with my guidance over screen-share. Agree this route before ordering; it does not provide team-invite access.
What happens after the 14 days?
The 14-day evaluation and defect support start when the working instance and acceptance results are delivered. Afterward, support ends; the instance is not switched off or deleted. Optional support is separate.
Can it track any type of equipment?
Yes. You define equipment types such as tools, laptops, radios, PPE and meters. Types requiring calibration have due dates.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic (right-to-left) and English, switchable per user. Some controls and labels remain in English; see the portfolio sample.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your admin can export your company records in JSON through the authenticated export function. A full backup is handed over at delivery.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI-assisted tools, with testing of the configured system before delivery. Tell me your AI requirements before ordering so I can confirm whether I can meet them.
Can several companies share one system?
No. Each client gets its own separate application instance and database.
Can I upgrade the Pilot or order Multi Site?
The same buyer can upgrade the same Pilot instance to Single Site once for $250 more, total $350, via a custom offer. Multi Site starts at $750; message first so we review the scope and confirm the offer.
