What exactly will I receive when the project is done?
A ready-to-use onboarding flow, written copy, step-by-step structure, and the logic behind each action. Depending on your package, that includes email sequences, in-app guidance copy, or both. You hand it to your developer or plug it into your tool directly. No mystery deliverables.
Do I need to give you access to my product?
Not necessarily. A walkthrough, a Loom, or even a decent description of your user journey is usually enough to get started. If something's unclear, I'll ask, I'd rather ask one dumb question upfront than deliver something that misses the point.
I already have an onboarding flow. Can you improve it instead of starting from scratch?
Yes, and honestly that's sometimes the better starting point. Seeing what's already there, what's working, what's not, where users are dropping, makes the work more targeted. Bring what you have and we'll figure out together what needs fixing.
My product is pretty complex. Will this still work?
Complex products are usually where onboarding matters most. The goal isn't to explain everything, it's to guide users to the one thing that makes them want to learn the rest. Complexity is fine. Dumping it all on a new user at once is the actual problem.
How long does the whole process take?
Basic: 2–3 days. Standard: 4–6 days. Premium: 7–10 days. Timelines assume you're reasonably responsive, I'll need your inputs at the start and feedback during revisions. The faster you reply, the faster it moves.
