I will support hardware, software, and cloud services for storage

·       Support users with hardware, software, and profile configuration.

·       Manage device enrollment and monitor performance.

·       Configure and maintain network settings for secure connectivity.

·       Troubleshoot network issues and implement security policies.

·       Recommend and manage cloud services for storage, collaboration, and productivity.

·       Assist in data and application migration to the cloud.

·       Implement and enforce security policies and conduct regular follow-ups.

·       Educates on cybersecurity best practices.
