I will build ai chatbot for whatsapp and instagram dm automation
Ahmed Y
About this gig
Missed DMs mean lost sales. When customer messages pile up on WhatsApp and Instagram, manual replies lead to lost revenue.
I build custom AI chatbots that reply instantly 24/7, qualify leads, and route high-value conversations directly to you.
What you get:
- Multi-Channel: WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DMs, or web chat
- Custom Knowledge (RAG): Powered by GPT-4o / Claude, trained on your docs, FAQs, and pricing
- Lead Capture: Collects contact info and qualifies prospects automatically
- Official Meta APIs: Built via official WhatsApp Cloud & Graph APIs (zero ban risk)
- CRM Sync: Auto-logs leads to Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM
- Human Handoff: Seamless escalation to a live human when needed
Why me:
As a full-stack engineer, I build logic with n8n, Python, and native APIsnot fragile templates. You receive fully documented workflows, source files, and direct 1-on-1 support.
Process:
1. Scope your use case & tools
2. Build, connect APIs & train AI
3. Live sandbox testing
4. Deployment, documentation & walkthrough
Please message me before ordering to discuss your setup!

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear picture of your current DM volume and the questions you get asked most, plus access to your WhatsApp Business/Instagram Business account when we reach the integration step. I'll confirm scope before starting.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API, or does this work with my personal WhatsApp?
For anything beyond a small pilot, I recommend the official WhatsApp Business API (via Meta) — it's ban-safe and scales.
Can you connect the chatbot to my CRM, Shopify store, or booking system?
Yes. I regularly integrate CRM as Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, and custom APIs via n8n. Tell me your stack and I'll confirm compatibility before you order.
What happens if the bot doesn't understand a customer's message?
We test ent-to-end before delievery. Plus every bot ships with a fallback and human-handoff step, so unclear messages get flagged to you instead of the bot guessing
Will I be able to update the chatbot myself after delivery, or do I need you every time?
You'll get documentation showing how to update FAQs and responses yourself for small changes. Otherwise Do Reach us. We respect and prefer our previous clients queries.
