FAQ
Can you edit photos according to Amazon/Etsy guidelines?
Yes! I am well aware of the specific requirements for Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. I will ensure your images have a pure white background, correct pixel size, and zero margins as per their standards.
Do you offer a free sample before I place an order?
Yes, absolutely! If you have a bulk project, I can provide 1 or 2 free samples so you can check my quality before placing the order.
Can you handle complex images like jewelry or bicycles?
Yes, I can. However, complex images (like jewelry, nets, or bicycles) take more time and effort. Please message me first to discuss the price for these types of images.
Do you provide a discount for bulk orders?
Yes! For large projects (like 100+ images), I offer special discounts. Please contact me for a custom offer that fits your budget.
What file formats do you deliver?
I usually deliver high-quality JPEG (white background) and PNG (transparent background). If you need the Source File (PSD), just let me know!
