Yes. Many smaller NGOs and charities are data-light, and I'm experienced at working with qualitative evidence — beneficiary stories, activity logs, field notes, and anecdotal feedback. I'll help you frame what you have compellingly and honestly, and suggest simple data collection you can implement g
What is a Theory of Change and do I need one?
A Theory of Change maps the logic from your activities → outputs → outcomes → long-term impact. Most major funders (USAID, FCDO, EU, Gates Foundation) now require it. If your organisation doesn't have one, building it is often the first step before writing an impact report — and I can do both.
Can you help us align our work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals?
Absolutely. SDG alignment is included in the Standard and Premium packages. I'll map your programme's outcomes to the most relevant SDGs and targets, and write the narrative that explains the connection — which is what most funders and investors want to see.
We work in a conflict zone. Does that affect the approach?

What format will the final report be delivered in?
Word (.docx) as standard, which you can easily edit or pass to a designer. I can also deliver a clean PDF. If you need it formatted into a designed report (with charts, infographics, branded layout), I can recommend a designer to collaborate with as an add-on.
