This Gig is for work on an existing WordPress website, including maintenance, updates, minor troubleshooting, routine content changes, page/post edits, plugin/theme tasks and general WordPress support. Major redesigns, new websites and custom development should be scoped separately.

The time allowance covers the actual agreed WordPress work. Quick Support includes one small task/up to 45 minutes, Site Support up to 90 minutes, and Managed Support up to 3 hours. The number of tasks depends on their complexity and the time required.

If the work is likely to exceed your package allowance, I will recommend a larger package, the Extra 60 Min Work option, or a custom offer before proceeding with additional scope. You are welcome to message me with your task list before ordering.

Yes. Routine updates to client-supplied text, images, pages, posts, menus, banners, files and similar existing-site content can be completed within the purchased time allowance. Copywriting, major layout redesign and creation of substantial new content are not included.

Yes, minor troubleshooting and fixes can be handled within the package allowance. Complex bugs, custom-code issues, heavily broken websites or problems requiring extensive investigation should be reviewed before ordering and may require a custom offer.

Yes. Routine WooCommerce content or simple product edits can be handled when they fit the selected package. Bulk uploads, variable products, complex attributes, custom fields, checkout development or large catalogue work should be scoped separately.

Yes, routine core, theme and plugin updates may be completed within the package allowance. Where practical, I will check backup availability and relevant site functions around planned updates. Compatibility repairs or extensive remediation are separate from a routine update.

Routine compatibility review may be part of the work, but a PHP version change can affect themes, plugins or custom code. For planned PHP upgrade work, please use the PHP Upgrade Review extra or message me first so the scope can be assessed safely.

Yes. I can investigate and clean malware-infected or hacked WordPress websites. Because infections vary significantly in complexity, please message me before ordering.
