FAQ
Which hosting providers do you support?
Any Linux server with SSH access: AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Contabo, Linode, Google Cloud, Azure or a local server. If you don't have one yet, I'll recommend the right size for your users and budget.
Can you install Odoo Enterprise?
Yes. I install Community or Enterprise (you provide the Enterprise subscription), any version from 14 to 19, along with your custom or third-party modules.
Can you move my Odoo from Odoo.sh or another server?
Yes. I migrate the database, filestore and modules from Odoo.sh or any old server to your new one, point your domain to it and verify everything works before switching over.
Do you set up backups?
Yes. Standard and Premium include automated daily database and filestore backups, with optional off-server copies to S3, Google Drive or another storage, plus a tested restore.
My Odoo is slow. Can you fix the server performance?
Yes. I tune workers, memory limits, PostgreSQL and Nginx caching, and check for heavy modules or cron jobs. Most slow servers get noticeably faster after a proper configuration.
What access do you need?
SSH access to the server (root or sudo user), your domain DNS access for SSL, and the Odoo version you want. You can change all passwords after delivery.
