FAQ
Which ERP systems do you support?
A test ERP and Odoo Community 19. I check your version and required fields before we agree the scope. NetSuite, SAP and Zoho are not included.
Will repeated orders create duplicates?
If Shopify sends the same message twice, you get the original order back, not a second one. A different Shopify message counts as new, so I test duplicate handling with your ERP during setup. It is not a guarantee against every duplicate in the ERP.
What happens when delivery fails?
Temporary failures are retried automatically. Stopped orders stay visible with the error and history, and can be retried manually. Automatic email or chat alerts are not included.
What has been tested?
A real Shopify development-store order reached the test ERP. Separate local Odoo tests covered order delivery, cancellation, stock adjustment and shipments. The latest automated run passed 284 tests. These are demo results, not client results.
What do the Premium approvals and dashboard do?
Cancellations and stock changes wait for an approver before they run. The dashboard shows order status, errors and history, and lets an operator retry stopped orders. Shopify order intake does not go through approvals.
Q: Is hosting included?
A: No. This offer covers local setup and demonstration. Cloud hosting and a managed production service are not included.
