What details are required in order solve the issue?
I need WordPress login details, FTP login details and if the website is broken or unable to login then I will need the cPanel / Hosting details.
How do I evaluate "Small issue" ?
If the issue is related to design then I will check by changing images, font sizes, places and will check CSS for that design. if it is related to some plugin then I will check plugin functionality with different scenarios and find the problem.
