In most cases, yes. I will do my best to restore old or damaged images by fixing flaws, refining features, and upscaling them to improve quality.
Will there be an additional charge for complex edits?
If your image requires detailed Photoshop work, there may be a small additional fee. I’ll always let you know upfront if this applies
