FAQ
Do you work with my accounting system?
Yes. Send an export from QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, your ERP or plain Excel and I will structure the data into the model.
What do I need to provide?
Your last 12-24 months of P&L (or accounting export), current-year actuals if available, and your goals for the period. For the 13-week cash flow I also need your cash balance, debt and payment terms.
Can I update the model myself?
Yes. Inputs are clearly marked in blue and every output is formula-driven, so you can change assumptions and roll the forecast forward.
Excel or Google Sheets?
The model is built in Excel. A Google Sheets version is available as an extra.
Can you prepare the monthly report every month?
Yes. After the first delivery I can update actuals, variances and the forecast monthly. Message me for a recurring offer.
Is my financial data kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only for your project and are never shared or reused.
