A single agent handles one defined task end-to-end (e.g. answering questions from your docs). A multi-agent system has several agents that hand off work to each other (e.g. one agent qualifies a request, another executes it, a third verifies the output) — useful for more complex business workflows.
Do I need my own OpenAI/Claude API key?
Yes, you'll keep full ownership of your API keys, usage, and costs. I build and configure the system to run on your accounts.
Can this connect to my existing database or internal tools?
