What do I need to get started?
Access to your DNS control panel (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.) and admin access to your email platforms. Not sure what you have? Message me – I'll help you figure it out before we start.
How is this different from other services?
Most services run a scan and hand you a report. I implement fixes with you on a call, explain everything as we go, and set up monitoring so you can see what's working. You learn, not just receive.
Will my emails reach the inbox?
For legitimate business email, yes. I can't control recipient-side filters, but I guarantee your technical setup will be bulletproof and any reputation issues identified and addressed.
Do you work with small senders?
I've helped everyone from solo founders to companies sending 500,000+ emails/month. The CLEAR approach scales - the fundamentals are the same regardless of volume.
What if I use multiple email systems?
Most businesses do - Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, CRM, etc. I audit each system independently and ensure they're all properly authenticated. Additional domains can be added.
Do we need to get on a call?
Standard and Premium include a live session where I implement fixes while you share your screen. Basic is report-only, but you can add a consultation if you'd like guidance.
How long until I see results?
Authentication fixes take effect within 24-48 hours. Reputation improvements take longer - typically 2-4 weeks depending on your sending volume and history.
What happens after delivery?
Standard includes a 7-day check-in. Premium includes 7-day and 30-day check-ins. I also offer ongoing monthly monitoring if you want continuous visibility.
