Hello. I'm Aida. I have been writing, beta-reading, and proofreading for over 18+ years. I love to help writers get their manuscripts in the best possible shape they can be before publication or agent submission. My belief is that authors deserve a real human approach, not an AI edit.
As your sensitivity and beta reader:
- I will identify problem areas and give a thorough explanation as to the issues along with suggestions to clarify those issues.
- I will help you to avoid any major stereotypes or cliches in your writing as a way to help you avoid any known or subconscious bias.

Please contact me before purchasing to make sure that I am able to help you. This includes double checking my areas of expertise, asking for custom orders, and even double checking genres I cover and types of documents that I can accept.
Price: Time Based Project or Word Count Based Project?
This is a time-based project service. Each package comes with a reader's report, proofreading, in-line (or mentioned for PDF documents) comments, beta-reading, and sensitivity reading service all in one. The pricing is based on the time it takes to complete the package not the word count.
Will this guarantee that I will not offend anyone of marginalized communities?
No. A sensitivity read does not guarantee that no one will be offended as people all experience life differently. However, it means that I can help you to identify major problems, subconscious biases, etc. in your writing in order to minimize some of the biggest problems.
Do you give constructive criticism and positive feedback?
Yes.
Will you rewrite any of my work?
No. I offer in-text suggestions and a reader's report. I can complete a questionnaire upon request for your story as well at no-extra cost. The goal is to help you both improve your writing and tell your story - not to rewrite it in my own voice.
I am a dark/taboo romance writer. Is this ok?
Yes. Please contact me as there are a few 'taboos' that I will not read. I have helped many dark/taboo romance writers and have even written a few myself in the past.
