What information do you need to get started on my cover design?
I need to know your book's title, author name, subtitle/tagline (if you have one), cover trim size (dimensions), the exact number of pages, and any back cover text that you would potentially plan to use on the cover.
Can I order if my book is not finished?
Absolutely! As long as you can provide all the information required, it is no problem at all. However, I recommend ordering a package that includes the source file so you can edit the design for things such as text if you want to make changes before the publishing of your book.
What is a source file?
A source file is the original, editable file version of the design including layers with text, images, illustrations, etc. This way you can edit/make small changes yourself as needed.
Are covers ready to print through Amazon KPD, Ingramspark, & other platforms?
Yes! I will make your cover ready for easy upload to these platforms as long as you provide the correct dimensions.
What is included in a Social Media Kit?
A social media kit will include a transparent PNGs of design typography & art, a banner, three 3D mockups formatted for socials, and a book cover teaser.
