Hi, I'm Aimrane, a civil engineering student (BUT GCCD, IUT Lyon 1) specialized in quantity take-offs (métré) and construction estimates.
I help contractors, craftsmen and small construction companies get accurate quantities from their plans: earthworks, foundations, masonry, slabs and finishes, delivered in a clean Excel table where every calculation can be checked line by line.
I can also redraw simple 2D plans in AutoCAD.

FAQ
What files do I need to send?
PDF plans (floor plan, sections, foundation plan) and the specs if you have them. DWG files and clear photos or scans of plans also work.
Which trades can you measure?
Earthworks, foundations, footings, masonry walls, slabs, lintels, plaster and openings. For other trades, message me first and I will tell you if I can do it.
Which software and format do you deliver in?
Excel (.xlsx) with visible formulas and a PDF copy. In the Premium package I also deliver the redrawn plan as DWG and PDF.
