Running recurring events or a community but short on time? I help organizers turn scattered plans into a smooth monthly routine.
With 8 years of school leadership, I've coordinated graduations, competitions and large school events. I also support a women's community organization in the US with weekly and monthly events.
Each month includes (depending on package):
- Event timeline and run-of-show
- Checklist and task tracking
- Event page setup and attendee email sequences (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Vendor or venue research and comparison
- Budget tracking sheet
- Monthly progress report
How it works:
1. Message me with your events and tools.
2. I confirm the scope for the month.
3. I deliver on schedule and send a report.
All work is done remotely. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Not included: on-site hosting, ad spend, or physical logistics.

One revision is included in all packages. Additional revisions are available as an extra service.
