What do you need from me to start my KDP book publishing order?
Send your manuscript and any cover file you have. For KDP book publishing, I also need your title, author name, trim size choice and whether it is a Kindle book, a paperback, or both.
Can you publish my book on my own KDP account, and do I keep my royalties?
Yes. I set up and upload to your own account, so you keep full ownership and royalties. If you still need an Amazon KDP sign up, I can guide you. We agree on account access in Fiverr messages.
What is the Amazon KDP book publishing cost, and what does your price include?
My price is in each package and covers the formatting, files and revisions listed there. KDP has no setup fee, so you can publish a book on Amazon for free. Print costs come out of paperback sales.
Do you do book formatting for both ebook and paperback?
Yes. I do ebook formatting and Kindle formatting for digital, and paperback formatting for print. KDP book formatting covers trim size, margins and page numbers. Basic is ebook only; Standard adds paperback.
Which file formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept DOCX, DOC and RTF files. I deliver an EPUB for Kindle publishing and a print-ready PDF for your paperback, so you can publish book files on KDP and other self publishing platforms.
What if KDP rejects my file? Can you fix a KDP rejected file?
Yes. Send me the rejection message and your file. I fix KDP rejected file issues such as margins, fonts, bleed or cover size, then help you upload again. I can’t control KDP’s review, so approval is not promised.
Do you do book cover design, book editing, or proofreading?
Book cover design and ebook cover work are in Premium. Basic and Standard include cover upload only. Book editing and proofreading are optional extras, priced by word count. Message me for a quote.
Do you also support IngramSpark?
Yes, as an extra. I can prepare print files and covers for IngramSpark alongside KDP, so your paperback can reach more stores.
