What do you need before I order?
Please send a sanitized workflow JSON, the error message, a sample input and the result you expect. Tell me whether you use n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n. I will review the scope before recommending a package.
What counts as one issue or one workflow?
One issue is one agreed failure with a defined cause and expected result. One workflow is one n8n workflow ID/export. Connected workflows count separately. Workflow, node, app and issue limits all apply.
Can you repair a workflow built by another developer or AI?
Yes. I can review an existing workflow built by another developer, an AI tool or a template. Please share its export, intended behavior and failure details so I can assess the repair.
Can you fix API, webhook and authentication errors?
Yes, where the cause is a supported workflow or integration configuration issue. You must have valid account access and the required API plan. Vendor outages, suspended accounts and unavailable APIs cannot be repaired inside n8n.
Do you support n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n?
Yes, for workflow-level repairs in either environment. Docker, server, reverse-proxy, database, queue-mode and n8n version-upgrade work need a separate review and quote.
Can you fix OpenAI nodes and AI workflow errors?
Yes, I can review existing OpenAI node connections, request formats, response parsing and related workflow logic. New agents, model training, large RAG rebuilds and guaranteed AI answer accuracy are outside these packages.
Will you change my live automation?
I preserve an export of the current workflow and test a copy where practical. We agree on live activation and any steps that send messages, take payments or change records before running them.
What will I receive?
You receive the repaired workflow JSON, an explanation of the cause and changes, and the agreed test results. Standard and Premium include a short recorded walkthrough. Credentials remain in your accounts.
What if the same issue returns after delivery?
I fix the same in-scope issue from the same cause for 7 days after Basic/Standard delivery or 14 days after Premium. New features, vendor changes, new errors and ongoing monitoring require a separate quote.
Can you build a new workflow instead?
New workflows and new AI agents are covered by my separate n8n automation gig. This service repairs existing workflows. If review shows a major redesign is required, I will scope it separately before you order.
