Monitors and records the firms daily takings for sales and purchases transactions;

Prepares accounting and management reports monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis;

Bank Reconciliations across multiple companies;

Performing new client Xero Conversions;

General Ledger Maintenance/Bookkeeping;

Publishing receipts from Receipt Banks;

Preparing and sending weekly reports on Aged receivables and payables to process write-offs and

payments;

Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts;

Balance Sheet Reconciliations;

Processing of Trial Balance;

Preparing and processing Payroll;

Prepare Fixed Asset Reconciliation;

Preparation of bank statement reconciliation

Preparation and Presentation Financial Statement
