BASIC - Migration Assessment: up to 1 hour of review, a written migration checklist, risks and next steps. No transfer included.
STANDARD - Small Migration: an approved compatible move, 1 app and 1 database, up to 20 GB and 3 hours of hands-on work.
PREMIUM - Planned Migration: 1 app and up to 2 databases, 50 GB total and 6 hours of hands-on work; staged transfer and validation report.
Migration packages include a backup check, rollback plan and agreed post-move tests. We confirm fit before ordering; larger or incompatible systems need a custom offer. The source stays intact until your approval.
Downtime is planned for your system, not universally guaranteed. Hosting, licenses, email migration, database-engine conversion and legacy repairs are separate. 7 days of help with migration-related defects are included.

Does Basic include a completed migration?
No. Basic is an assessment with up to one hour of review and a written checklist, risks and recommended next steps. No production transfer is included. You receive the assessment even if the systems need a larger project.
How do the migration limits and working hours apply?
Standard: 1 app, 1 database, up to 20 GB and 3 hands-on hours. Premium: 1 app, up to 2 databases, 50 GB total and 6 hands-on hours. We confirm feasibility before accepting an order. Larger or more complex systems need a custom offer.
Can you guarantee zero downtime?
No universal guarantee is appropriate. We agree a cutover window, how live data changes are handled, validation checks and rollback conditions. The method depends on the application, database and target environment.
How do you protect the source data and approve cutover?
We review backup readiness and rollback before transfer. The source stays intact until your approver accepts the agreed checks. Access is arranged separately; do not send credentials in public materials or sample files.
What if versions are incompatible or additional work is needed?
We check compatibility before ordering. Engine conversion, app repairs, email transfer, licenses and hosting are excluded. If a new issue changes the agreed scope, we explain it and agree next steps before additional work.
What is delivered and what support is included?
Basic delivers the assessment. Migration packages deliver the agreed transfer, completed checks and handover notes; Premium includes a structured validation report. Seven calendar days of help with reproducible migration-related defects are included.
