FAQ
Does your GoHighLevel voice AI agent work for outbound calls too?
Yes! On my Premium package (or via custom offer), I set up both inbound and outbound VAPI AI / Retell AI calling agents connected to your GoHighLevel account for instant speed-to-lead calls, follow-up sequences, and lead reactivation campaigns.
Which tools do you use — GHL Agent Studio, VAPI AI or Retell AI?
I use all three depending on your call flow. Native GHL Agent Studio is great for straightforward inbound receptionists. VAPI AI and Retell AI are best for ultra-low latency, complex multi-step logic, outbound calling, and custom webhook actions.
Can the AI receptionist book appointments directly into my GHL calendar?
Yes. On Standard and Premium, I connect the voice AI agent directly to your GoHighLevel calendar so it checks real-time availability, books the slot during the live call, updates your pipeline, and triggers SMS/email confirmations automatically.
What GoHighLevel plan or phone setup do I need?
Any active GoHighLevel account works. I can connect your agent to LC Phone, Twilio, or a VAPI/Retell phone number. Not sure if your number or A2P 10DLC is set up right? Message me before ordering and I will check your setup for free.
Can you build a GoHighLevel voice AI agent for my agency clients?
Yes! I work with GHL agencies to build voice AI systems inside client sub-accounts and can package the workflows into a reusable GHL Snapshot so you can deploy your AI receptionist to new clients in minutes.
