Do you have experience in my specific fintech domain?
Yes. I have 4+ years across payments and merchant acquiring (Airtel Payments Bank), retail lending and BRE configuration (JOCATA — IndusInd, PNB, Standard Chartered), transaction banking and trade finance (ICICI Bank), and I'm currently revamping a full bond trading platform for an OBPP startup.

For PRDs: a brief description of the feature/product, your target users, and any existing docs or wireframes. For roadmaps: your business goals, existing backlog and team size. For audits: a link to your live product, app store listing, or demo. I'll share a short intake form after you order
Do you understand RBI and SEBI compliance requirements?
Yes. I've worked directly with RBI audit teams at Airtel Payments Bank (closing 7 audit points), designed compliant payment and KYC flows, and am currently building a SEBI-regulated OBPP bond trading platform. Regulatory considerations are built into every deliverable, not added as an afterthought.
What format will my deliverables be in?
I deliver in your preferred tool — Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, or a PDF. For roadmaps I can also use Airtable, Trello, or a Figma FigJam board. Just let me know your preference when ordering.
Can you work with early-stage startups with no existing product?
Absolutely — that's actually where I add the most value. I'm comfortable starting from a blank slate: defining the problem space, mapping user needs, and building the first PRD or roadmap from scratch. I do this currently at my own startup role.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. A revision means adjustments to existing content — not a full scope change. If your requirements change significantly after delivery, we can discuss a custom add-on. I respond to all messages within 24 hours.
