Absolutely. I will give you any exercises that you will need, for example, visualization, meditation, journaling prompts, and more.

Consistency wins; results also depend on each person. We will find the best steps, and we have ongoing monthly coaching options, including access to a library of guided meditations and courses.
Do I need to set time aside for Reiki Light?
No need :) I focus on sending white light Reiki many times during the day to promote a more profound healing and better integration.
Can we work around my schedule?
Absolutely! I can adjust to your needs, and we can plan all coaching steps around your schedule. Make sure you tell me your availability and time zone so I can start making some preliminary adjustments.
Is this a course?
This is personalized coaching, not a course. The premium options allow you to access several courses and guided meditations. I will guide you in which ones help the most.
Can we continue long-term?
Yes, this is a great approach for coaching: weekly/biweekly/monthly or a frequency adjusted to your needs. Throughout the entire coaching program, the frequency and duration may vary.
