Will there be exercises and measurable milestones?
Yes, you will have a tracking system that will help you to know what you completed and what is yet to be completed, besides having a Diploma at the end of the course. All courses have several exercises and meditations that you must complete.
How long do these courses last?
Most courses are between two and four hours. However, the Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection ones are longer, in the 6-7 hour spectrum, and ultimately, the Tarot Course is far longer, with over 100 lessons. Don't worry, you can go at your own pace!
