What do I need to provide to get started?
I’ll need a rough sketch, an inspiration photo, or a physical sample of your garment. Please also provide your brand logo (if applicable), preferred fabric details, and any specific color requirements.
What is a Tech Pack, and do I need one?
A Tech Pack is a production-ready document that includes all the technical details a manufacturer needs (measurements, fabrics, specs, etc.). It’s included in the “Production Ready” package and recommended for serious production.
How does the design process work?
After you place your order, I begin the work and deliver the first concept for review. We then refine the design through revisions (if required) until the final files are completed. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER TO ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CLEAR.
Can we request a tech pack based on a hand-drawn sketch or inspiration images?
Yes! Send us your sketch or reference images, and we'll create a professional tech pack for production.
Are your packages for 1 product or 1 set (2 products)?
Each package covers one product only. For example, a sweatsuit has two products: sweatshirt (1 product) and sweatpant (1 product). If you need multiple items for a collection, please order multiple packages accordingly.
Do you offer custom orders in case none of the packages correspond to my requirements?
Yes, I can offer custom orders according to your requirements.
What files will I receive at the end?
You will receive a production-ready PDF tech pack. Depending on your package, I also provide the editable source files (Adobe Illustrator .AI) and high-resolution PNG/JPEG images of the sketches.
Do you provide the Measurement/Size Chart?
Yes, I can provide a standard size chart for your target market (US, UK, EU, etc.). If you have specific measurements from a physical sample, please send them over, and I will incorporate them.
Do you provide 3D realistic mockups?
Not at the moment. I currently provide professional 2D tech packs with flat sketches and specifications for production.
Do you offer logo, graphic, or print design?
Unfortunately, I do not provide full graphic design services. I require all design elements and assets from the buyer. However, basic graphics, fonts, or simple layout adjustments can be handled. Please contact me before placing an order to confirm.
