Do I need to already have Klaviyo set up?
Yes — you need a Klaviyo account with your Shopify store connected. I don't set up Klaviyo from scratch, but I can refer you to a gig that does if needed.
Will this work for existing customers too?
New quiz completions sync automatically. For backfilling existing quiz data, ask about the add-on — available for an extra fee depending on volume.
What does "personalized email flow" mean?
An automated Klaviyo flow that triggers when someone finishes your quiz, then sends them emails tailored to their specific result — their skin type, their goals, their recommended product. Not a generic "thanks for taking the quiz" email.
Can I upgrade my package after ordering?
