CAD(Computer Aided Design) or 3d model can have different formats i.e .Stl is the universal format for 3D printing, .Step/.Igs/software source file for Injection molding and other manufacturing process, Obj for texturing/rendering/animation. So file format wouldn't be an issue.

No worries, Just send me a picture/sketch,2d drawing or web link in case of an existing model on the internet along with instructions and requirements. One thing, You should be crystal clear in your goal then leave designing up to me.

Each project/design is unique and timeline can be effected by numerous factors i.e. how much time you'll take to review my files and then for 3d printing. So it's mainly depends upon you, I can deliver in less than 24hrs but depending upon what's required.

Well, We'll set a few common hours for discussing the progress on the design so I can keep you updated whole the way to make sure both parties are at same page. Some projects may take longer or shorter based on what do you need. Although I work quickly.

Of course. If you want go on a trip or somehow can't print the design, you don't have to worry about it. When you've time to print/work on the design and need changes you'll have to drop me a text in chat box and I'll update the design and send again for printing. No time limit!!
