How quickly can I get my design back?
Work is typically completed within 36 hours of project commissioning, unless a different timeline has been communicated and agreed upon in advance.
What type of deliverable will I receive?
You'll receive the STL or OBJ file, ready for 3D printing.
Will I get the source file?
The native source file (e.g. Blender or SolidWorks file) is not included by default for the first two tiers, only the STL/OBJ print file is provided. If you need the original editable source file, this is available as a paid add-on. Higher-tier consultancy projects may include source files dependin
What about revisions?
The number of included revisions depends on the tier/package selected. Additional revisions beyond what's included can be purchased at the rate listed in the pricing.
Can you prepare a prototype so I can see the design before it's finalized?
Yes. I can share preview renders or a rough draft model at key stages so you can review the design direction before final delivery. This helps catch any changes early rather than after the model is complete.
Do you need reference images or sketches to get started?
Reference images, sketches, or a clear written description help a lot, but aren't always required. I can also work from your verbal description and develop the concept with you.
What software do you use?
I primarily work with Blender, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360, depending on the nature of the project.
Do you offer physical 3D printing and shipping?
Physical printing and shipping can be arranged, but this is subject to the order volume, as international shipments wil incur customs duties and other levies depending on your location. For smaller or one-off orders, I recommend printing locally through a service near you using the files provided.
