How does the duplicate candidate check work?
In the Premium package, the system checks incoming applicants against your existing Airtable database (via email, phone, or candidate ID) to prevent duplicate entries and keep your records clean.
Can you integrate this with Google Sheets or Notion instead of Airtable?

Is candidate data kept secure and private?
Yes. The automation runs entirely through your own private accounts (your n8n instance and your OpenAI API key), meaning no candidate data is stored or accessed on third-party servers outside your stack.
