Looking for a native Hungarian localization specialist who understands both language and technology?
I will translate and localize your app, SaaS platform, software, website interface or localization file from English or German into natural, user-friendly Hungarian.
I have hands-on experience with large software localization projects, including a 35,000-word web application and a 10,000+ word EV charging app translated directly in Weblate.
As a mechanical engineer, I am also comfortable with technical and industry-specific content.

Which source languages do you support?
I translate from English and German into Hungarian. Hungarian is my native language.
Which file formats can you work with?
I can work with JSON, XML, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, TXT and common localization exports. Please contact me before ordering if your project uses a special or proprietary file format.
Will you preserve variables and placeholders?
Yes. I carefully protect variables, placeholders, HTML tags, product names and other non-translatable elements such as %{name}, {{variable}}, %s or <tag>. Please provide any project-specific rules before I begin.
Do you translate JSON keys?
By default, I translate only the translatable values and leave keys, IDs and technical elements unchanged. Please let me know if your file follows different rules.
Can you work directly in Weblate?
Yes. I have experience translating and reviewing software content directly in Weblate. Please contact me before ordering so I can review the project structure, access method and total number of strings.
Is in-app testing included?
The standard packages cover the localization and linguistic review of the provided content. Testing the implemented translation inside an app or website is available as an additional service or custom offer.
Do you use machine translation?
I deliver carefully reviewed, natural Hungarian localization. Professional translation and localization tools may be used for terminology and consistency, but I do not deliver unreviewed machine-generated content.
Can you handle technical content?
Yes. I am a mechanical engineer and have experience with automotive, EV charging, engineering, SaaS and technical software content.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers corrections or reasonable terminology adjustments within the originally submitted source content. New strings, changed source texts or additional files are not included and may require an extra or custom offer.
What if my project contains more than 5,000 words?
Please send me the files or the total word count before ordering. I will review the scope and prepare a custom offer with an appropriate price and delivery time.
