FAQ
What file format, resolution and frame rate do I get?
Each scene is an MP4 video (H.264), 2560×1080 px (21:9, for LED walls), 30 fps. There is no audio.
How long are the scenes?
Scenes are seamless loops. The length depends on the collection, from 8 to 40 seconds.
How do I choose my scenes?
Each collection has 9 scenes, numbered 1 to 9 (left to right, top to bottom, as in the cover image). Basic: choose 3. Standard: choose 6. Premium: all 9. Write the numbers in the order requirements.
What do I need to send?
Your logo and your DJ name, written exactly as it should appear. You send both in the order requirements. Best is a PNG with a transparent background. PDF, AI and JPG also work. If you only have SVG or EPS, please export it to PNG or PDF first.
How long does delivery take?
Basic: 1 day. Standard: 2 days. Premium: 3 days. The time starts when I have your logo, DJ name and scene choices. If you have an event date, message me before you order.
How many revisions do I get?
The number of revisions is shown in each package. A revision is a correction of the logo or the colours in the scenes you chose. A different scene choice or a new logo is a new order.
What is included and what is not?
Included: your logo in your chosen scenes, as MP4. Custom colors are included in Standard and Premium. Please send your own logo. A new logo design is quoted separately. Not included: new scenes, audio, a second logo (new order per logo).
Can you make a new scene or a custom visual?
Yes. These packages use scenes from my collection. For a new scene or full event visuals, message me with your brief, references, screen size and deadline, and I will send a quote. For a show intro, see my DJ intro gig.
