FAQ
What resolution and video format will I get?
You will receive your animation as an MP4 video file (H.264). The resolution is 2560×1080 px, a wide 21:9 format designed for club and festival LED walls. Frame rate and length are listed under each scene. Most are 30 fps, some 24 fps, and scenes run from 15 to 40 seconds as a seamless loop.
Can I request changes to the colours or the moving elements?
Yes. Small changes are possible, for example different colours or removing some of the elements.
Do you also create fully custom visuals?
Yes. If you need a scene designed from scratch, an intro for your show or visuals for a whole event.
Can I order the same scene again with a different logo?
Yes. Every order is rendered separately, so simply place a new order with the other logo.
How do I send my logo (or what if I don't have one)?
Right after payment. On the Fiverr order page you upload your logo (PNG, SVG, AI or PDF) and enter your DJ name. Don’t have a logo? No problem. We can animate your DJ name in a clean font, or design a custom logo for you.
How long does it take?
Typically within 24–48 hours. It depends on the demand for GPU rendering and the number of orders in the queue, and you can follow the status of your order online at any time.
