Shopify or a custom store: which should I choose?
Shopify suits most stores: fast to launch, reliable payments and many apps. A custom build makes sense for unusual catalogues, B2B pricing or deep integrations. We recommend one in the scope call before you pay.
Which payment gateways can you set up in the Gulf?
Common options in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, such as Shopify Payments where available, Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, Checkout.com, PayTabs and cash on delivery. The final choice depends on your business licence and country.
Do I pay for Shopify, apps and the theme separately?
Yes. The Shopify plan, paid apps and any premium theme are billed to your own account by those providers. We advise on the leanest setup so monthly costs stay low.
What does the AI shopping assistant do?
It chats with shoppers, recommends products from your catalogue, answers delivery and returns questions, and hands over to your team when needed. It is included in Premium and can be added to other packages.
Can you upload more than the included products?
Yes. Packages include 20, 35 or 50 uploaded products, and the store itself has no product limit. Larger catalogues can be imported from a spreadsheet; message me with your product count.
