The task involved translating an Excel file containing subtitles and a quiz section. The file includes 12 tabs: 11 for subtitles and one for questions. Translation was entered in the column next to the English text. Subtitle sentences were split naturally in Arabic to fit screen limits without changing timing. Only the highlighted parts in the quiz section were translated.

Do you translate documents for USCIS and US immigration?
Yes, it is the most common reason people order this gig. You receive a complete human translation with a signed Certificate of Accuracy in the format USCIS requires. Tell me the form number you are filing and I will match the certificate wording to it.
Do you handle both Simplified and Traditional Chinese?
Yes. Simplified for mainland China and Singapore, Traditional for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. Certificate formats and official terminology differ between them, so tell me where the document was issued and I will use the right conventions.
Can you translate my household register, the hukou booklet?
Yes, and it is one of the most requested documents here. The hukou runs several pages with many stamps and handwritten amendments. Send a scan of every page including blank ones, and I will confirm the page count and total before you order.
I already have a notarial certificate with English inside. Do I need this?
Often yes. A Chinese notary booklet includes a translation, but USCIS and some universities reject it when the English is incomplete or the certification wording does not match their requirements. Send me a photo of yours and I will tell you honestly whether you need anything more.
My graduation certificate and degree certificate are two documents. Both?
Yes, and this catches many applicants out. Chinese universities issue the graduation certificate and the degree certificate separately, and most authorities want both translated. They are usually one page each, so it is two pages in total.
Can you translate my transcript for WES or credential evaluation?
Yes. WES, ECE and similar evaluators require a word-for-word certified translation alongside the original transcript, with course names, credit hours and grades reproduced exactly as printed so the evaluator can read them line by line.
How will my name be written in the translation?
In the pinyin exactly as printed in your passport, in the same order. Chinese names can be romanised several valid ways and Hong Kong and Taiwan use different systems again. Send the passport page and I will match it character for character.
How fast can you deliver, and is my document confidential?
Standard delivery is 1 to 3 days, with a 24-hour rush available as an extra. Every linguist works under a signed confidentiality agreement, files are never shared or reused, and your documents are deleted on request after delivery.
