Can I test with one listing, then can move forward with all my listings?
Unfortunately, No Testing of try one. I do work with the exact number of listings in you channels account, so if you have more than one listing, you will need to order for the exact number of listings in your Airbnb Channel Account. More than 15 listings please reach out for a custom special offer.
When I work with you, do we speak online or video call?
Yes, we will schedule a zoom meeting to do the pricing strategy during our meeting explaining the strategy while doing the setup. All changes will be done and explained during the meeting.
I have more than 10 listings, will I get a cusotm price for this service?
Sure, if you have more than 10 listing I am glade to assist with a special offer. Reach me before your order.
My Listings not getting booked that much, will this pricing strategy help?
For sure, pricing is the first that catches the eyes for your listing, if your listing pricing is set wrong, then you will not get the needed traffic that converts to booking.
What to expect when purchasing this service?
As explained in the gig, I will strategically set up your pricing strategy and do optimize the pricing tool you work with for better pricing that works for your listing and match your market. Once you place the order, we will schedule a zoom call to do the required changes in the pricing strategy.
I do not use Pricelbas, Wheelhouse or Beyond, do you help with other tools?
Yes, of course I have been working with all tools available in the market.
Do you offer monthly management service?
Sure, this gig is for one time set up, however I would recommend you purchase my monthly management gig to better keep your pricing always optimized according to the market changes.
Is it a one time pricing set up?
Yes, this gig is for one time set up, but of course I would recommend you get my monthly listing pricing optimization service gig, I do monitor the market changes and adapt the pricing strategy accordingly. Dynamic pricing needs to be always controlled and needs to keep an eye opened for the changes
Is this pricing optimization for Airbnb only? What about VRBO or Booking.com?
Of course the pricing strategy and optimization is set for Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond or any other pricing tool you have with the current channels, not only Airbnb, but VRBO and Booking.com included if you have them connected.
Can we have a closer delivery date instead of the 4 days defualt in the gig?
