I don't just model geometry I understand the structural logic behind it: how columns, beams, slabs and walls work together. That means fewer errors and a model your team can actually build on.

This Gig covers modeling and basic 2D plans only no structural calculations, code compliance, or BIM coordination/clash detection.

Can you model a structure from PDF drawings?
Yes, as long as levels and element dimensions are reasonably clear. If not, I'll tell you what's missing before starting.
Can you work from DWG files?
Yes.
What elements can you model?
Columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations (Premium package).
Do the 2D drawings included in this Gig replace formwork drawings?
No. The 2D plans here are basic references exported from the Revit model. For fully detailed, dimensioned formwork drawings with sections and annotations, that's a separate, more detailed service — feel free to ask.
Can you work with an existing Revit model?
Yes I can update or complete an existing structural model.
Do you provide structural calculations?
No. This Gig covers Revit modeling and basic 2D plans only not structural calculation or design validation.
Can you create reinforcement/rebar models?
Not included in this Gig (LOD 350 reinforcement detailing). Available as a separate service feel free to ask.
Can you handle larger projects?
Projects beyond the Premium scope require a custom quote please contact me before ordering
Can you work with international projects?
Yes for modeling and drafting itself. I don't provide regulatory validation for any specific country's building code
