What is the process of email validation?
All the emails I deliver are verified through 3 steps: MX verification, syntaxic verification, and verification through port 25. A email verification log can be delivered as well on demand.
What are Unknown results?
Unknown results are the emails that have been greylisted during the verification process. This means that some Email service providers may block the verification process due to some prevention they make
What are disposable results?
Disposable emails are emails with ephemeral and momentary usage used usually for fast platform registrations. The most known one is @temp-mail.org
What are Spamtraps?
Spamtraps are probably the most harmful emails for you email list and your mailing campaigns. Spamtrap are "hidden" emails inside an email list. Those emails are generally "seeds" created by ESP bots in order to check the Email List Hygiene.
What do I risk if I send to a Spamtrap?
Sending emails to Spamtraps results lower sending quality. Thus, an eventual lower sending score and an ip blacklisting may happen.
What are the "Do not send" results?
They are simply emails related to certain areas or activity domains, such as: Government, Military, Police, Profanity and so forth.
Do you deduplicate Uppercase and Lowercase Emails as well?
Yes I do. The Email Deducplication feature I suggest is case insensitive
Do you make manual verification?
In many cases, yes, I do manual check, when I notice that the list's health is below the average.
