What's the difference between Rive and Lottie?
Lottie plays a fixed animation. Rive reacts — the same file can respond to cursor, user input, or live data from your app, and stays smaller. Rive is the right choice when the character needs to be part of the interface.
My developer has never used Rive. Is that a problem?
No. Integration is a few lines of code, and I include the embed snippet and documentation. Runtimes exist for every major platform.
Can you animate a character I already have?
Yes — I'll adapt existing artwork instead of designing new. Message me first, pricing may differ depending on the file format you have.
Do I own the character?
You get full commercial usage rights on delivery. Exclusive rights (I never reuse the design in my portfolio) are available as an extra.
Can it lip sync to voice?
Yes — amplitude-driven mouth animation available as an extra. I've built this for a production app.
