A: Please send your artwork (AI/PDF/SVG/PNG/JPG), required size (mm/inch), placement (chest/hat/patch/back), fabric type, and the format you need (DST/PES/EMB). If you’re not sure, tell me your machine brand/model and I’ll deliver the correct format.
Q: Do you provide revisions?
