FAQ
What do I need to send you?
Individual stems exported as WAV (24-bit if possible), all starting at the same point. Please also send a reference track or two and any notes on the sound you’re going for.
Should my stems have effects or a master limiter on them?
Nope! Please remove any master limiter or heavy bus processing. Effects you love, like a specific vocal tuning or guitar tone, can stay on. Just let me know which ones are intentional.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes 1 revisions. Just send specific notes (like “vocals up in the chorus”), and I’ll turn them around quickly. Extra revisions are available as an add-on.
How long will it take?
Most songs are delivered within 2 days. Larger sessions may take longer, and I’ll let you know my estimates before we start. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Do you master songs too?
Yep! If you plan to master elsewhere, I can send a mix with extra headroom. I will send both a mix as well as a master.
What format will I receive?
A high-quality WAV of your final mix and a WAV of your master.
Can you fix a bad recording or tune my vocals?
I can improve most recordings with EQ, compression, and noise cleanup, but a mix can only do so much with a rough source. Vocal tuning is also included. Please feel free to message me if you’re unsure or have questions!
What if I’m not happy with the mix?
Please feel free to let me know what’s not quite working for you and I’ll fix it within your included revisions. I want you to love the final result!
