2. Still images - images that you can use for print or web (1920 x1080 px rez)
3. Scene (in Cinema 4d) - 3d scene with model and light set up that was used for production of your animation. So later you can reuse it on your own.
4. Project (in After Effects) - 2d project file and all motion graphisc files that was used. So later you can reuse it on your own.
