Do I need to give you access to my Salesforce org?
Yes. I will need a System Administrator profile login to complete the work. I recommend creating a dedicated admin user for me that can be deactivated after delivery. All access details are kept strictly confidential.
Can you help with Salesforce products not listed in the gig?
My expertise covers Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Flows, custom objects, and platform administration. If you need something outside that scope, message me and I will let you know if I can help.
Do you work on both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience?
I work primarily in Lightning Experience. If your org is still on Classic, message me first so we can discuss compatibility and any limitations before you order.
What if I don't know which package I need?
Message me before ordering! Describe what you need done and I will recommend the right package or build you a custom offer if your scope falls outside the standard packages.
Can you migrate data between Salesforce orgs or from an external system?
Data migration is included in the Premium package for up to one standard object (up to 5,000 records via CSV or Data Loader). Additional objects can be added as an add-on. Message me for larger or more complex migrations.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to work already delivered that falls within the original agreed scope. New requests or scope additions are not covered under revisions and will require a separate order or add-on.
Will you document what you changed in my org?
Documentation is included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you are ordering the Basic package and want a summary of changes, you can add documentation as an add-on at checkout.
How do I know the work is done correctly?
I will provide a summary of all completed work before marking the order delivered. For Standard and Premium packages, this is included in the documentation deliverable. You will also have revisions available if anything needs adjustment.
Do you offer ongoing support after the order is delivered?
Ongoing post-delivery support is available as an add-on ($75 for one week of email Q&A and minor adjustments). For longer term support arrangements, message me to discuss a custom offer.
