FAQ
Are the shoes included in the gig price?
No, the base gig price covers the custom artwork and labor only. You can either ship your own pair of shoes to my lab, or I can source a brand-new pair for you. If I buy the shoes for you, the retail cost of the sneaker will be added to the final order.
Can I wear the shoes normally, and how do I clean them?
es! They are sealed for normal wear. However, this is handpainted art, not a factory print. Treat them with care. Gently wipe with a damp cloth. Do NOT scrub, use harsh chemicals, or put them in a washing machine. Normal wear and tear is expected; rough use is at your own risk.
Can you do any design or anime character?
Yes! Whether it is Anime, Manga, Pop Culture, intricate patterns, or clean streetwear designs—if you can dream it, I can paint it. Please message me before ordering with your reference pictures or ideas so we can discuss the layout.
How do I know if the design looks good before you start painting?
Before I touch the actual shoe with a paintbrush, I will create a digital mockup (design preview) based on your chosen package. You will get to see exactly how the design looks on the shoe and can request revisions until you love it.
How long does the whole process take?
The turnaround time depends on the complexity of your design and my current order volume (usually between 5 to 21 days). Please note that the delivery timer on Fiverr starts after the physical shoes have arrived at my lab.
