I will build a cleaning business client, schedule and payment spreadsheet
Albert G
About this gig
- Running a cleaning business from texts, notes and memory? I'll build you a spreadsheet made for cleaning work, set up with your own services, prices and cleaners, in Google Sheets or Excel.
WHAT I CAN BUILD (depending on package):
- Client list: address, access notes, frequency, regular price
- Job log: date, client, service, add-ons, cleaner and price
- Weekly schedule you can print or open on your phone
- Payment tracking: paid/unpaid status and total owed
- Cleaner pay: hourly or per-job totals
- Quote sheet using your rates and add-ons
- Monthly dashboard: income, expenses, profit, unpaid jobs
WHO IT'S FOR: house cleaners, maid services and small cleaning companies who want something simpler than paid software.
HOW IT WORKS: 1. You tell me your services, prices, how often clients book and how you pay cleaners. 2. I build and test it. 3. You get the file plus a short guide (and a video walkthrough in Premium).
NOTE: I use modern tools, including AI helpers, to work faster. Every sheet is built for your business and tested by me. If you'd prefer no AI tools be used, tell me before ordering.
Please message me first if you have more than 5 cleaners or 150 regular clients.

Hi, I'm Albert. I build clean, easy-to-use Google Sheets and Excel trackers for small businesses like pet sitters, dog walkers, cleaners and other service pros. Stop juggling notes and texts. Get one simple sheet for your clients, bookings, income and expenses, with dropdowns, automatic totals and a dashboard that shows how your business is doing at a glance. I keep things simple, explain how everything works, and make changes until you're happy. Message me before you order and I'll tell you exactly what I can build for you.

FAQ
Google Sheets or Excel?
Either. Tell me which you use. Google Sheets works on your phone through the free app.
Can it handle weekly, every-2-weeks and monthly clients?
Yes. Each client gets a frequency, and the schedule and job log are set up around it.
Do I need to send my real client details?
No. You can send first names or initials, or I can build it empty with sample rows for you to fill in.
Can my cleaners use it?
Yes. In Google Sheets you can share the schedule with view-only access. I'll show you how in the guide.
Do you use AI?
I use AI helpers to work faster, but every tracker is designed for your business and tested by me. If you want no AI used, tell me before ordering and I'll respect that.
