Alchemy, a gentle but empowering modality which guides us to the blocked emotional or physical energy, or generational trauma in the body to release recode and resets what is holding you back bringing lightness and healing. Each session is unique, and we simply follow what naturally comes up for you.

As an intuitive I see the issue in concept or visuals and relay to heal, you may add to any issues you would like assistance with.

Many clients leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, more balanced, reset. We are all shaped by life experiences, even those of our ancestors that you may or may not even be aware of that affect how we see ourselves and hold ourselves back. 

If you feel you have several areas you would like support with, a series of 6 sessions over 3 months allows for a deeper, more gradual experience, including extended sessions and additional supportive techniques.
